Shubham Estates, Mohali is hiring a Real Estate Sales Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage property sales inquiries
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Coordinate and conduct office meetings and site visits with clients
- Arrange inventory through market and broker network as per client requirement
- Maintain strong coordination with brokers and market associates
- Handle client follow-ups and work towards deal closures
- Maintain records of leads, visits and sales activities
- Coordinate documentation and post-sales activities when required
Requirements:
- 3–4 years experience in Real Estate Sales
- Strong knowledge of Mohali, Chandigarh and nearby real estate market
- Good knowledge of ongoing and upcoming projects
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must have good relations and network with brokers and market associates
- Professional and positive attitude
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
(Salary will be offered as per experience and market knowledge)
