About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR professional who can drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition while supporting key People Operations initiatives. This role requires a strong balance of recruitment expertise, HR operations knowledge, and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in a structured organization with well-defined HR processes and systems and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
**Talent Acquisition **
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech and Non-Tech roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and drive recruitment plans. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and direct outreach. Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, offer rollouts, and onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports.
People Operation
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, employee records, and exit formalities. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure employee data accuracy. Support statutory compliance and employee documentation requirements. Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and processes. Maintain HRMS records and ensure data accuracy.
Employee Experience and support
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR processes and policies. Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. Partner with managers to ensure smooth execution of people processes. Assist in driving HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
4–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Proven experience hiring for both Tech and Non-Tech positions. Good understanding of payroll coordination, employee documentation, compliance, and HR processes. Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS platforms. Experience working in a structured organization with established HR practices and systems. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience in SaaS, Technology, Product, or Startup environments will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
