Job Duties and Responsibilities of Project Supervisor (Site Supervisor)
We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Project manager (Site supervisor) to oversee and supervise renovation and automation work at our residential projects in Mumbai.
Role & Responsibility:
- Understanding the scope of work of the residential project of Automation.
- Analysing drawings to ensure that residential projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
- Recommending changes as per clients and architects and making the desired changes to meet their requirements.
- Inspecting residential sites regularly to supervise if the work is being done as desired.
- Educating site technicians and installers on technicalities to avoid delays.
- Co-ordination with multiple vendors for the status of the materials’ availability and delivery dates.
- Following up continuously directly with architects and clients.
- Project Manager will be fully responsible in smooth execution of every project in coordination with the client and architect.

Qualification:
1. Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical)
2. EXTC
3. Diploma
4. BE
5. Good knowledge of google sheets and excel
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
