Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying business opportunities, handling end-to-end sales processes, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and sales targets
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales and business development
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Good understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Experience in IT, SaaS, Staffing, Digital Marketing, or relevant industry preferred
Preferred Skills
- Client handling and account management experience
- Strong networking abilities
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
