Mokro is looking for an experienced Floor Captain who can lead the restaurant floor, ensure excellent guest service, and manage the steward team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm dining experience. Supervise and guide the steward team during operations. Allocate tables and manage seating efficiently. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service. Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and service standards are followed.
Train new stewards and monitor team performance. Manage billing and KOTs using Petpooja POS.
Maintain daily opening and closing checklists. Support the Restaurant Manager in smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Floor Captain or Senior Steward in a restaurant, café, or fine dining establishment.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Hands-on experience with Petpooja POS is preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent guest handling and problem-solving abilities. Well-groomed, disciplined, and customer-focused. Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations. Location: Mokro, Noida
