We are looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Human Resources (AM-HR) to lead and manage core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and policy implementation. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a positive and performance-driven work culture.
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles
- Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment partners
- Handle interview scheduling, offer discussions, and onboarding processes
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure HR compliance and policy adherence
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Conduct induction and orientation programs
- Support culture-building initiatives and internal communication
- Performance Management
- Support appraisal and performance review processes
- Monitor employee KPIs and development plans
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives
- Policy & Compliance
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes
- Coordinate with payroll and statutory compliance teams
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- 4–7 years of HR Generalist experience
- Prior experience in Marketing, Advertising, Creative Agency, Event Management, or Startup environments preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
