Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities including inward and outward movement of goods, inventory control, documentation, and coordination with sales, logistics, and transport teams. The role ensures accurate stock handling, timely dispatch, and compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations:
Coordinate daily inward and outward movement of tiles and sanitary ware material.
Ensure proper unloading, loading, stacking, and storage of material.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse premises.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock records (GRN, dispatch, transfers, damages).
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile variances.
Monitor slow-moving, damaged, and short/excess stock.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain inward/outward registers, challans, invoices, and e-way bills.
Coordinate with accounts and sales team for documentation accuracy.
Share daily/weekly stock and dispatch reports with management.
Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
Communicate with showroom/sales team regarding material availability.
Resolve dispatch-related issues such as shortages, damages, or delays.
Compliance & Control:
Ensure warehouse processes follow company policies and SOPs.
Monitor labor activities and ensure proper material handling.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or policy violations immediately.
Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP/WMS preferred).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet dispatch timelines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma preferred (any stream).
2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations (tiles, sanitary ware, FMCG, or building material preferred).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
