We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with 1+ years of experience to support recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of HR processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer rollout and joining formalities.
Employee Onboarding
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction sessions.
- Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee database and attendance records.
Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in employee communication initiatives.
- Support performance management and feedback processes.
Training & Learning Support
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Track employee training records and certifications.
- Support Learning & Development initiatives.
- Support payroll inputs and leave management.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR documentation and compliance records.
Pay: ₹10,858.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month
