Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate HR Trainer to train and mentor students in Human Resource Management concepts and practical HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging HR training sessions and practical activities.
- Teach recruitment, sourcing, screening, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, leave management, payroll, and HR operations.
- Explain HR concepts using real-world examples, case studies, and practical scenarios.
- Guide students in assignments, projects, and practical HR activities.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students develop practical, industry-ready HR and communication skills.
- Stay updated with current HR practices, labour laws, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or HR training.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, employee management, and HR operations.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, training, and mentoring students.
- Candidates with prior experience in an educational or training environment will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
