Role Overview:
As an Operations Intern at Aroro, you will assist in managing daily business activities including order processing, sales coordination, inventory handling, and customer support. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in a fast-growing gifting & home décor brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing daily orders (online + bulk gifting)
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and conversions
- Help manage inventory and stock updates
- Support in packaging and dispatch coordination
- Handle basic customer queries (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls)
- Maintain data records (orders, clients, payments)
- Assist in vendor coordination and product sourcing
- Support in office day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

Operations Executive (Full-Time) – Aroro
Role Overview:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations including order fulfillment, sales coordination, inventory, and ensuring smooth daily functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle (from order to delivery)
- Coordinate closely with sales team for bulk gifting orders
- Handle client follow-ups and order updates
- Oversee inventory management & stock planning
- Ensure smooth packaging and dispatch operations
- Manage customer queries & issue resolution
- Maintain daily reports (sales, orders, payments)
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams
- Support in improving operational efficiency
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience (preferred in operations / e-commerce / retail)
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Good with Excel / Google Sheets
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Additional Responsibilities (Bonus):
- Assist in sales conversions from leads
- Support in Instagram / WhatsApp order handling
