Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatch, transportation, and delivery of pharmaceutical products to distributors, hospitals, pharmacies, and clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock movement following FEFO/FIFO principles.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and related logistics records.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, transport vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), and company SOPs.
- Maintain temperature-controlled logistics requirements for sensitive pharmaceutical products.
- Generate logistics reports, MIS reports, and inventory status updates.
- Optimize transportation costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Handle returns, damaged goods, and reverse logistics processes.
- Support audits and maintain documentation for regulatory inspections.
Pay: ₹9,029.10 - ₹30,000.00 per month
