Caspian Infra Projects Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee our property Mall operations in Willingdon Island Kochi. You will be responsible for ensuring the physical environment is safe, functional, and professionally maintained.
The ideal candidate will be a "boots-on-the-ground" leader with a deep understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and the ability to manage diverse service teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Monitor the entire property daily to ensure all facilities are running smoothly and meet company standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and facilitate the activities of the Housekeeping and Security teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- MEP Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, identifying repair needs and coordinating with technicians.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure the facility adheres to all health, safety, and security regulations.
- Reporting: Maintain logs of maintenance activities, incidents, and equipment status for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in Facility Management, specifically with a strong background in MEP.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of building utility systems and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Language Skills: Ability to speak English and Hindi fluently to communicate with management, residents/tenants, and ground staff.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate a workforce of cleaners and security personnel.
- Location: Ability to commute to or reside near Thoppumpady, Kochi.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
