- Min 3-4 years of experience in marketing and selling ERP, web and mobile applications. Preferably experience working on Government projects.
- Identify and target potential clients in the ERP, web, and mobile app testing markets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the client's specific requirements, showcasing the company's ERP, web, and mobile app testing services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and feasible project scoping and cost estimation.
- Close sales and ensure smooth handover of projects to the delivery team.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in ERP, web, and mobile app testing services.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Leverage experience in dealing with Indian state and central government projects to identify and pursue relevant opportunities.
- Understand the nuances of government procurement processes, tenders, and compliance requirements to successfully bid for and secure government contracts.
- Exhibit excellent command over English and Hindi to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, and project management teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer needs.
- Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
