Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls efficiently
- Manage customer queries through chat support
- Verify, check, and update customer document data accurately
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and queries
- Handling Chats
- Preparing Data
Qualifications :
- Basic Computer Knowledge,
- Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Kannada Mandatory & any other south language preferred).
- Must have Laptop with a good Internet Connection.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
