- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- Strong knowledge of database management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments.
- Experience with backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Ability to monitor system health and optimize resource utilization for high availability.
- Familiarity with security best practices and user access management in database systems.
- Capability to work with database replication and disaster recovery solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
