We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations and maintenance activities at client sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians and plumbers, coordinating maintenance work, ensuring timely complaint resolution, maintaining site records, and coordinating with clients and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage technicians, plumbers, helpers, and other site staff.
- Plan and allocate daily maintenance and breakdown work to the team.
- Monitor WTP, STP, ETP, RO, pumps, plumbing, and other MEP-related systems.
- Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed as per schedule.
- Attend and coordinate breakdown complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, facility managers, vendors, and the internal operations team.
- Check manpower attendance, punctuality, uniform, PPE, and discipline.
- Monitor availability and usage of tools, spares, chemicals, and consumables.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports and maintenance updates.
- Maintain logbooks, checklists, work completion reports, and other site documentation.
- Ensure work is carried out according to company and site safety procedures.
- Report major technical issues, material requirements, and manpower requirements to the management.
- Support the team during emergency breakdowns and critical maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of relevant experience in site supervision / facility management / operations & maintenance.
- Good knowledge of WTP, STP, ETP, RO, pumps, plumbing, and water treatment systems preferred.
- Strong team management and manpower handling skills.
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, email, and digital reporting.
- Ability to prepare and maintain site records and reports.
- Willingness to work at different site locations and in shifts, if required.
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Plumbing, or relevant technical trade preferred.
- Candidates with strong relevant site experience may also be considered.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be responsible, disciplined, technically sound, and capable of independently managing site manpower and daily O&M activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
