Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bubble tea outlet.
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate purchases.
- Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Resolve customer concerns and improve overall store performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, QSR, or bubble tea outlet.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and POS billing systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
