What You'll Actually Do
Design social media posts, carousels, reels, banners & ads
Work on branding for startups and growing businesses
Create packaging concepts and marketing creatives
Brainstorm creative campaigns with designers and marketers
Design content that people actually engage with
Collaborate with marketing, content and strategy teams
Turn ideas into visuals that tell stories
You Don't Need Years of Experience.
We're looking for someone who

✔ Notices fonts, colors and layouts
✔ Enjoys scrolling Pinterest, Behance or Instagram for inspiration
✔ Wants feedback instead of just appreciation
✔ Is excited to learn every single day
