Role Overview
This is an end-to-end execution role. You will manage the complete recruitment cycle, from
sourcing candidates to ensuring successful joining. If you are target-driven, organized, and serious about building a career in recruitment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal database
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for active mandates
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial assessment
- Validate salary expectations, notice period, and job stability
- Shortlist and submit relevant profiles within defined TAT
- Coordinate interviews between client and candidate
- Collect post-interview feedback from candidates
- Ensure smooth follow-ups until candidate joining
- Maintain daily tracker and database updates
- Achieve daily submission targets
- Work towards reducing dropouts and replacement cases
- Maintain a strong quality submission ratio
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
