We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Dropshipping Specialist to help grow our new online store. This is a remote position for candidates based in India. We are looking for someone who can identify winning products, source reliable suppliers, create high-converting product listings, and develop strategies to generate online sales in the Canadian (CAD) and U.S. (USD) markets.
Responsibilities
- Research trending and profitable products for the Canadian and U.S. markets.
- Source products from reliable dropshipping suppliers.
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Recommend competitive pricing strategies to maximize sales and profit.
- Manage product uploads and inventory updates.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase online sales.
- Optimize product pages to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor store performance and provide recommendations for growth.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce, dropshipping, and consumer trends.
Requirements
- Must have experience in e-commerce and dropshipping.
- Strong product research and sourcing skills.
- Experience with supplier platforms such as AliExpress, CJ Dropshipping, AutoDS, Zendrop, or similar.
- Understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Experience with social media marketing and paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) is an asset.
- Experience selling to customers in Canada and/or the United States is highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar).
- Email marketing experience.
- Experience launching and growing a new online store from the ground up.
