Job Summary
Eden Critical Care Hospital is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Marketing) to promote the hospital’s healthcare services, build referral networks, and generate business through field visits. This role is ideal for MBA (Marketing) freshers who are passionate about sales, marketing, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, corporates, and local businesses to promote hospital services.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners.
* Generate new business opportunities and increase patient referrals.
* Promote health packages, specialty services, and awareness campaigns.
* Organize health camps, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach activities.
* Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
* Submit daily visit reports and weekly business development updates.
* Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
* Represent the hospital professionally during field visits and promotional events.
Eligibility
* MBA (Marketing) – Freshers can apply.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
* Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
