Core Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create detailed CAD models (2D/3D), simulations, and technical drawings for new products or components.
- Prototyping & Testing: Build and test prototypes, analyze data, and implement design improvements based on performance results.
- Documentation & Standards: Create technical reports, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, sales, R&D) to optimize designs for manufacturing (DFM) and meet customer specifications.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and CAE simulation tools.
- Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
- Analytical & Creative: Ability to solve complex technical problems and think creatively to develop innovative designs.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to present reports, create documentation, and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
