Job Description
We are looking for a smart, professional, and organized Receptionist to manage front office activities and administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls politely
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails/couriers
- Coordinate with staff and departments for smooth office operations
- Maintain office files, documents, and records
- Support basic administrative and clerical work
- Ensure reception area is clean and presentable
Requirements:
- Age: 25 years and above
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in receptionist/front office work preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
