Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and supporting doctors in delivering effective treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care as per hospital protocols
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
- Educate patients and families about treatment and care plans
- Respond to patient needs and emergencies promptly
Requirements:
- Qualification: DGNM / B.Sc Nursing
- Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of clinical experience
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
