We're looking for a Fleet Safety & Compliance Coordinator to join our team and help drive safety, compliance, and operational excellence through the Samsara platform.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and review Samsara safety events.
- Coach technicians on safety incidents.
- Monitor schedules, attendance, and GPS activity.
- Track DVIR compliance and training completion.
- Generate compliance and operational reports.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, safety, or compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Samsara or similar telematics software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
