Summary
We are looking to hire a skilled WordPress developer to design and implement attractive new features and functionality. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and modifying themes to match specific design requirements, including adjusting layouts, styling elements, and adding custom functionalities.
- Selecting, installing, configuring, and potentially developing custom plugins to add desired features to a website.
- Planning the structure of a WordPress website, including page hierarchy, content organization, and navigation.
- Designing and implementing new features and functionality.
- Building and implementing new themes and plugins.
- Build custom widgets and sections with React.js for dynamic front-end interactions.
- Conducting website performance tests.
- Maintain and update existing WordPress sites, troubleshooting related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and Core Web Vitals compliance.
- Implement interactive UI elements and dynamic content rendering using React.js.
- Write testable, well designed, efficient code by using best software development practices.
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
- Integrate data from different back-end services and databases.
- Collect and refine the specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in PHP & WordPress development, theme customization, and plugin integration.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Bootstrap and Responsive Architecture.
- must have clear programming knowledge and a clear concept
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
- Experience with popular page builders like Elementor, WP Bakery, and React js/Node js.
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce setups.
