Academic Counseling and Conversations:
- Provide personalized academic counseling to prospective students.
- Guide students in selecting courses and programs that align with their career goals.
- Conduct regular follow-up conversations to ensure student satisfaction and progression.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Drive individual and team sales efforts to meet monthly targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for acquiring new students, both online and offline.
- Track and report on sales performance to ensure targets are being met. Generate leads through cold calls and various activities.
- Attend walk-in inquiries and provide counseling for various courses. Work on upgrades for existing students and referrals.
- Conduct follow-ups for telephonic/online inquiries. Regularly update and maintain the database through calls.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
