Position Overview: Production Supervisor
Statcon Powtech Private Limited is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor who will will oversee and manage the production processes for solar inverters, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution. This role requires coordination with multiple departments, manpower management, and adherence to quality standards to optimize production flow and meet business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production plans based on input from the stores department regarding raw material availability.
- Monitor raw material stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment.
- Plan and schedule PCB assembly production while ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely release of work orders for production.
- Supervise the assembly, fitting, and wiring of Solar Inverters and PCUs to maintain production efficiency.
- Implement daily reviews for material shortages to prevent production delays.
- Ensure Pre-QC (Quality Control) planning is conducted daily to maintain high-quality standards.
- Organize Final QC inspections for PCUs before they are dispatched to customers.
- Implement 4M Change Management (Man, Machine, Material, Method) for continuous improvement.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
- Coordinate with the Design & Development team regarding Bill of Materials (BOM), new product development, and integration of new technologies (e.g., GPRS in inverters).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Min 02 to 04 Years of experience in production supervision, preferably in solar equipment or power electronics manufacturing
- Diploma or BTech in Electronics or Electrical or bachelor's with relevant industry experience
- Understanding PCB assembly, PCU wiring, inverter technology, and quality control standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Ability to manage a team and communicate across departments effectively.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
