Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations and staff.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Explain salon services, offers, and packages to customers.
- Maintain good knowledge of salon products and recommend suitable products.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Monitor sales, appointments, and daily salon activities.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil & English.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good product knowledge in salon and beauty products.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
