We are seeking a dynamic and highly disciplined Sales Leader to lead our SaaS and IT services sales team. This role demands a hands-on leader who can drive sales results , maintain strict team discipline , enforce structured reporting , and personally contribute to revenue growth through individual sales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales and IT services sales , with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team to exceed ambitious sales targets, while simultaneously closing high-value deals independently .
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets .
Set clear performance expectations , enforce strict discipline, and maintain accountability through daily/weekly reporting .
Implement structured sales processes, KPIs, and reporting systems for tracking performance.
Identify skill gaps and provide training/coaching to ensure the team delivers top-notch results.
Take corrective action when performance or behavior falls below expectations.
Revenue Generation (Individual Sales Targets)
Actively engage in direct sales , generating new business for SaaS and IT services offerings.
Manage a personal sales pipeline with high-value accounts and close deals independently .
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders .
Achieve individual sales targets alongside team goals.
Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s reach in SaaS and IT services sectors .
Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and optimize the sales funnel .
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on team performance, market trends, and forecasts.
Discipline & Compliance
Enforce strict compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and reporting protocols.
Maintain a high-performance sales culture through discipline, structured processes, and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing SaaS or IT services sales teams.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas as both a team leader and an individual contributor.
Strong knowledge of SaaS business models , IT staffing, and services sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Data-driven and process-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities .
Ability to work under pressure , manage multiple priorities, and enforce strict discipline.
MBA or equivalent degree in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
