We are looking for a smart, dynamic and well-spoken candidate who can communicate AND coordinate confidently with clients, vendors and internal team members.
The ideal candidate should not only be good at documentation, but should also have strong emotional intelligence — the ability to understand what the client or vendor truly needs, respond thoughtfully, and follow up with clarity.
This role is best suited for someone who is polished in communication, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients professionally over calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand client requirements clearly and guide them with the right information.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, visa centres, travel partners and internal teams.
- Follow up with clients and vendors in a timely and responsible manner.
- Handle queries smartly, patiently and with ownership.
- Ensure every client receives a smooth, clear and premium experience.
