Provide support for ERP applications to user
Resolve production support issues and user tickets.
Monitor ERP operations on daily basis during shift hours.
Log and track incidents using with ERP service provider
troubleshoot application issues.
Good knowledge of Bom creation
Hands on exp. on production module.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
