Role Description The Retail Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for promoting and selling PAMOSA products to retail customers, explaining product features and benefits, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. Daily activities include engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and processing sales transactions accurately. The Retail Sales Executive will also build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, resolve basic complaints, and provide after-sales support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, supporting promotional activities, and collaborating with the team to meet individual and store sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to foster trust, encourage repeat business, and maintain client satisfaction.
Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain product features and benefits confidently.
Basic numeracy and computer literacy for handling billing, inventory checks, and simple reporting.
Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or direct selling is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Ability to work on-site full time in the Pune Division, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours as required.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset; willingness to learn about PAMOSA products and marketing plans.
