Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, statutory compliance, taxation, and daily accounting operations for our chemical manufacturing unit. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting procedures, GST, TDS, inventory accounting, and manufacturing cost control.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expenses, and payment records.
- Prepare vouchers, journal entries, ledger postings, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Taxation & Compliance
- Preparation and filing of GST Returns, TDS Returns, and other statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit.
- Maintain proper documentation for compliance and financial records.
Manufacturing Accounts
- Maintain inventory accounting for raw materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Track production-related expenses and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Monitor stock valuation and material consumption records.
- Support costing and budgeting activities related to manufacturing operations.
Banking & Payroll
- Handle bank transactions, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Process employee salary, reimbursements, PF, ESIC, and related statutory deductions.
- Maintain records of employee advances and expense settlements.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis.
- Provide timely reports on cash flow, outstanding payments, and receivables.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC compliance.
- Experience in manufacturing accounting and inventory management.
- Knowledge of cost accounting and financial reporting.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
- 5–8 years experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in chemical or manufacturing industry.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidate with prior experience in chemical manufacturing companies.
- Experience in plant accounting, inventory management, and statutory compliance.
- Local candidates from Hyderabad / Mahabubnagar preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
