Are you a great communicator who loves connecting people? We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Expert Network team — where you'll act as the bridge between industry experts and clients who need real market insights and expert advice.
What you'll do:
- Identify and onboard the right industry experts
- Understand client needs and match them with the perfect expert
- Build strong relationships with both experts and clients
- Coordinate consultations and manage end-to-end communication
Who we're looking for:
✅ BE/B.Tech (Non-IT), MBA, or BBA
✅ Excellent communication skills — this is a client-facing role
✅ Strong networking and relationship-building mindset
