Joinery Manager – Interior Fitout & Modular Factory (Job Description)
We are looking for an experienced Joinery Manager to oversee interior fitout joinery works and modular factory operations, ensuring quality production, timely delivery, and smooth coordination between factory and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete joinery production in modular factory.
- Plan production schedules as per project timelines.
- Coordinate with design, project, and site teams for drawings and specifications.
- Supervise factory operations, machinery usage, and manpower.
- Ensure quality control of joinery items before dispatch.
- Monitor material usage, wastage control, and cost efficiency.
- Handle installation coordination and resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain safety and production standards in the factory.
Requirements:
- Experience in interior fitout and joinery factory management.
- Strong knowledge of modular furniture production and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD/shop drawings.
- Good team management and planning skills.
- Minimum experience: 5+ years in joinery or modular factory operations preferred.
