We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager & Video Editor to lead growth across Instagram and LinkedIn. You will transform raw footage and professional insights into high-impact Reels and thought-leadership content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy: Manage a monthly calendar with platform-specific captions (professional for LinkedIn; engaging for Instagram).
- Video Editing: Produce high-quality Reels and educational clips using transitions, subtitles, and trending audio.
- Community Growth: Manage engagement and track performance metrics to optimize reach.
Requirements
- Editing Skills: Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of Instagram trends and LinkedIn professional networking.
- Copywriting: Ability to write clear, compelling hooks and captions.
- Proactive: A self-starter who stays ahead of algorithm changes.
