- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document application designs, configurations, and changes to maintain clear records for future reference.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications DBA.
- Strong knowledge of database management, backup, and recovery techniques.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Oracle applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application and database issues.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards related to Oracle applications.
