About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Quality Analysts to join our team for a Datacom Project in Vijayawada.
The selected candidates will be responsible for reviewing and validating data forms processed by the operations team, identifying errors, and ensuring that the required quality and accuracy standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on a daily target of 100 forms.
- Review each form carefully for errors, missing information, and data discrepancies.
- Each form contains approximately 50–60 fields, requiring strong attention to detail.
- Verify information according to project guidelines and quality standards.
- Identify, document, and report errors found during quality checks.
- Communicate recurring errors to Team Leaders and relevant team members.
- Maintain daily quality and productivity records.
- Support the operations team in improving accuracy and reducing repeated errors.
- Consistently meet the required daily productivity and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in data.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-based environment.
- Comfortable handling repetitive data-checking tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Quality Analysis, Data Processing, Data Entry, or similar roles will be an added advantage.

Important Information
This is a target-based Quality Analyst position. The selected candidate will be expected to complete a daily quality-check target of 100 forms, with approximately 50–60 fields per form, while maintaining the required quality and accuracy standards.
