Conduct quality audits of calls, chats, emails, counseling sessions, and student interactions.

Evaluate interactions based on defined quality parameters and scorecards.

Identify process deviations, compliance issues, and performance gaps.

Provide timely and constructive feedback to operational teams.

Prepare quality reports and maintain audit records accurately.

Monitor adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and organizational policies.

Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality evaluations.

Support root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Track quality trends and suggest process improvement initiatives.

Assist in training and onboarding activities by highlighting quality improvement areas.

Ensure audit completion within defined timelines and targets.

Collaborate with Admissions, Academics, Student Success, and Operations teams to improve service quality.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Education, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Auditing, Customer Service, Operations, or related functions.

Experience in EdTech, Education, BPO, Customer Service, or Sales Operations is preferred.
