Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and passionate individual to join our gifting company. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of creativity and an interest in designing unique gift hampers for different festivals and occasions across various price ranges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative gift hamper ideas for festivals and occasions such as Diwali, Rakhi, Corporate Events.
- Create hampers in different budget ranges (economical to premium).
- Select suitable products, packaging materials, and themes for hampers.
- Work on basic costing and pricing of hampers.
- Research market trends and bring new, innovative gifting ideas.
- Coordinate with vendors for sourcing products and packaging.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Must be a creative thinker with a good sense of design and presentation.
- Previous experience in gifting, hampers, events, decor, or similar business will be preferred.
- Candidates who have run or tried any small business / startup / home-based venture will be given preference.
- Ability to work independently and convert ideas into actual products.
- Basic understanding of pricing, margins, and customer preferences.
- Active on platforms like Instagram / Pinterest for creative inspiration will be an added advantage.
- Freshers can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
