Key Responsibilities
Sales & Counselling
- Handle student enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, website leads)
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Counsel students on career options, training programs, and benefits
- Convert enquiries into successful admissions
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets
Lead Management
- Maintain and update lead database and CRM
- Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective students
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly conversion metrics
End-to-End Process Handling
- Manage complete admission process from enquiry to enrollment
- Coordinate with trainers and operations team for batch scheduling
- Support students with documentation and onboarding
Relationship Management
· Build strong relationships with students and parents
· Handle queries, objections, and provide post-admission support
· Maintain a high level of student satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Academic Counselling / Education Sales / Inside Sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication in English + regional language
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and calling systems
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
