The Partner Coordinator keeps Daxko's partner program running accurately and on time. You'll own the data, reporting, and coordination work that helps the partner team stay organized, make informed decisions, and deliver a good experience to partners and customers. This is a detail-oriented role with real ownership from day one, and a clear view into how partnerships contribute to revenue and growth.
What you'll do

Track and report on partner performance metrics, including connected accounts, revenue, and growth trends, flagging significant changes for partner team review on a regular cadence

Calculate and submit accurate per-location and API volume data to the billing team each month to support timely, correct partner invoicing

Own the onboarding experience for new Daxko Elevate Wellness customers, coordinating follow-up materials, tracking completion, and conducting check-in calls to ensure activation

Maintain accurate partner records and engagement data in Salesforce, and keep partner agreements organized and accessible in both Salesforce and SharePoint

Support pipeline tracking and partner outreach coordination in partnership with partner managers

Assist with partner research and competitive analysis using AI tools and other available resources

Process quarterly partner payments accurately and on schedule
What you'll bring

Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry, calculations, and recurring reporting

Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for record management and tracking

Ability to manage multiple ongoing workstreams and hit recurring deadlines without being reminded

Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort coordinating with both internal teams and external customers

One (1+) or more years in a data, operations, coordination, or customer success role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, operations, or a related field
Nice to have

Experience in a customer-facing, onboarding, or partner support role

Background in fitness, wellness, or SaaS

Familiarity with partnership programs, channel strategy, or revenue operations
