Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, and B2B) to promote aviation courses.
- Student Recruitment: Drive student enrollment through outreach programs, career seminars, school/college visits, and educational fairs.
- Digital Presence: Manage social media platforms, oversee SEO/SEM strategies, and run targeted paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) to generate quality leads.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with design teams to create compelling brochures, flyers, videos, and website content highlighting course benefits and safety accreditations.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, airlines, and educational counselors for collaborative promotions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to identify new growth opportunities and refine promotional strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. (An affinity for or background in the aviation sector is a strong plus).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in education marketing, lead generation, or corporate communications.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM software).
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with an analytical approach to data-driven marketing.
