Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of ETP, RO, and MBR plants.
- Manage the complete site operations and ensure smooth plant functioning.
- Supervise and lead plant operators and site manpower effectively.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower for efficient plant operations.
- Attend plant breakdowns and perform troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and operational standards.
- Maintain daily operation logs, reports, and documentation.
- Handle client interactions and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments and Head Office for operational requirements.
- Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports through email.
- Monitor plant performance, chemical consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per the planned schedule.
- Maintain inventory of chemicals, spares, and consumables.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety procedures.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of ETP, RO, and MBR plant operations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Manpower management and team leadership.
- Client handling and communication skills.
- Email communication and report preparation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end site operations.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in ETP, RO, and MBR plant operations.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
