Job Summary
Prosper Overseas is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives / Admission Counselors. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in sales, customer interaction, and the overseas education industry.
Training will be provided to help you build the required knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with students and understand their study abroad goals.
- Provide information about universities, courses, admissions, and visa procedures.
- Handle inquiries received through phone calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist students with applications and required documentation.
- Update lead details and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Contribute toward individual and team enrollment objectives.
Eligibility
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Telugu or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
