Oxion Builders is a growing construction company specializing in quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and well-organized Site Supervisor who can efficiently manage site operations while coordinating with clients, vendors, and the office team.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety, and progress.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update management.
Site Visits
- Conduct site visits for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Assess site conditions before project commencement.
- Identify and report any site-related issues or delays.
- Coordinate site measurements and documentation.
Material Procurement (Purchases)
- Prepare material requirements based on project schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and procurement.
- Purchase construction materials while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory and maintain purchase records.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Client Meetings
- Attend client meetings regarding project updates and progress.
- Explain construction stages, timelines, and technical aspects to clients.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain professional relationships and provide regular project updates.
Agreement & Documentation
- Prepare and coordinate construction agreements and related project documents.
- Ensure all agreements are accurate and completed before project execution.
- Maintain project files, approvals, quotations, work orders, and documentation.
- Coordinate with management for contract-related requirements.
Coordination
- Work closely with the design, engineering, accounts, and management teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors regarding schedules and payments.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects is preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
