We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager with 3–9 years of experience in SaaS, WordPress, website-building, or other product-led technology companies.
In this role, you'll own growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion. You'll work closely with product, design, content, and partnership teams to drive measurable business outcomes through SEO, content, email, affiliates, influencers, and paid acquisition.
The ideal candidate has experience growing software products, understands Product-Led Growth (PLG), and is comfortable using data to identify opportunities, run experiments, and scale successful growth initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth
Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute growth initiatives across SEO, content marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, partnerships, influencer programs, and paid acquisition.
- Align marketing strategies with product, business, and revenue goals.
- Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion initiatives.
- Execute product launches, feature launches, onboarding campaigns, cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities through experimentation and customer insights.
Channel Ownership & Funnel Optimization
- Own and improve performance across key growth channels.
- Build, analyze, and optimize conversion funnels from acquisition through retention.
- Improve visitor-to-signup, signup-to-activation, and trial-to-paid conversion rates.
- Continuously test landing pages, messaging, creatives, CTAs, onboarding journeys, and email sequences.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the customer journey.
Analytics & Performance Marketing
- Track and analyze marketing performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
- Monitor key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, activation rates, conversion rates, retention, and revenue impact.
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments to improve acquisition and product adoption.
- Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business growth.
Partnerships, Affiliates & Content
- Collaborate with content, design, product, and partner teams to create high-performing marketing assets.
- Support and scale affiliate, partnership, and creator programs.
- Develop messaging that clearly communicates product value and drives conversions.
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and channels.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and guide Marketing Associates and Specialists.
- Delegate effectively and provide clear direction on campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with product, design, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–9 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Experience working in a SaaS, software product, WordPress, website builder, developer tools, or similar technology product company.
- Strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Proven track record of driving product signups, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience managing one or more growth channels such as SEO, content, email, paid acquisition, affiliates, partnerships, or influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and marketing analytics platforms.
- Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Excellent communication, writing, and copy-editing skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business outcomes.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing WordPress themes, plugins, website builders, hosting products, developer tools, or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem.
- Experience growing self-serve or freemium products.
- Experience managing affiliate and creator partnership programs.
- Exposure to AI tools for marketing workflows, content creation, research, and automation.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
