Position: Sales Executive (Gold Loan)
Qualification: 10th to Any Degree
Location: All over Tamil Nadu
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Source new customers through cold calling, field visits, digital leads, corporate tie-ups, and customer referrals.
- Needs Assessment: Understand the customer's financial requirements and recommend the most suitable loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Documentation: Guide clients through eligibility criteria and collect, verify, and process mandatory KYC and income documents.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise closely with underwriting, credit, and operations teams to ensure timely processing and disbursal of loans.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and disbursal quotas.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, address their grievances, and generate repeat business or referrals.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
