Requirement :
SharePoint Developer who can architect and build high-performing solutions with SharePoint, Teams and Dataverse. Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and the Power Platform to craft custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate external systems (like SAP, SAGE etc) —turning complex business needs into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
What You//'ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance business applications using Power Apps and automate processes with Power Automate and Adaptive Cards.
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems via REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and third-party connectors.
- Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Optimize SharePoint performance, security, and governance in alignment with best practices.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
What You//'ll Bring
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development.
- Strong proficiency in SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.
- Proven experience with Power Platform—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, content types, and permissions.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and external systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
